*20  OBSERVED THAT SANITIZER SOLUTION TO BE TOO WEAK AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 1) ACROSS FROM GRAB WINDOW BUCKET OF SANITIZER FOR WAIT STAFF WAS WEAK, 2) BAR GLASS DISH WASHER SANITIZER WAS OUT AND STILL NOT WORKING AFTER IT WAS REFILLED. PROVIDE FOR THE SANITIZER TO BE AT THE PROPER CONCENTRATION. 15 DAYS
